Goboroot: Garlicky Creamy Roasted Tomato Soup

The Goboroot recipe for Garlicky Creamy Roasted Tomato Soup inspired me to roast vegetables and make soup today.  I too had planted garlic earlier in the week and, I agree, it was cold out there in the soil.  I too had the ingredients pretty much ready to go: tomatoes and garlic from the garden plus peppers, onions and celery.  OK I had to go out for the heavy cream but it was worth it.  The darker mornings and evenings are calling for more comfort food and this was a fabulous recipe.  Thank you Emi.
