Golden Ears Cheesecrafters in the News

Celebrating their first anniversary on October 21st and 22nd, Golden Ears Cheesecrafters scored big press in the business section of the Vancouver Sun on Wednesday.  Under the title “Cheese-peddling sisters put Maple Ridge curds on the map,” the article goes into great and glowing detail about the achievements of the Davison family here in Maple Ridge.  Apparently Jenna Davison did a stint of apprenticeship with Deborah Amrein-Boyes at Farm House Natural Cheeses in Agassiz.  It is a great thing so hear about the mutual support as well as so much energy and enthusiasm around local food production.  More cheese please!

Speaking of more cheese, Golden Ears Cheesecrafters has announced the imminent arrival of their “One Year Old Natural Cheddar” to go along with their one year anniversary.  In Maple Ridge you will be able to find this delicacy at the Cheesecrafters Shop (22270 128th Avenue) and the Haney Farmers Market on Saturday.
