Haney Farmers Market, 16 June 2012

Well, I suppose they call it Rainy Haney for a reason.  It was a soaking drizzle at the Haney Farmers Market this morning but there were still lots of people shopping the stalls.  There are more and more berries and vegetables every week so summer must be on its way despite the cool temperatures.  Also braving the weather was the team from the British Columbia Association of Farmers Markets (BCAFM) who were doing a Market Assessment for the Haney Farmers Market Society.  They are doing a customer survey, crowd count, business survey and site assessment that will help the Society determine how to do an even better job than they do already.  It will be interesting to hear what the researchers come up with.
